After School Clean-up Project

Live-in Car event

On Thursday, November 17, I will be living in my car on the Square in downtown Martinsville. We get calls every week from families living in their cars. A child calling the backseat of a car their bedroom is a disgrace. You are welcome to come by and show your support as we raise awareness of this ever –increasing issue. For nearly 30 years, WellSpring has served as the only shelter for homeless families in Morgan County. Last fiscal year, more than 19,000 nights of shelter were provided to the most vulnerable in our community. More than 10,000 of those nights were to children.
